I think that this forum, not Help Desk, should be prioritized on the Main Page.
Help Desk requests are honestly better asked on Community Central. Furthermore, once they're answered - if they're answered - they are much less likely to remain pertinent for a link on the Main Page.
The lack of response to my request for administrator status is perhaps only a symptom of a very frustrating lack of discussion on this wiki in general. We need to start having conversations and making those conversations prominent: when more than one page ought to have a similar edit made, there ought to be a consensus - but what if nobody is around to consent?
