Editing Forum:Permission to edit user pages?

Along with organizing the [[:Category:infobox templates|infobox templates]], I've been going through [[Special:Wantedtemplates|wanted templates]] and [[Special:Uncategorizedtemplates|uncategorized templates]] and trying to fix what I can there. A lot of wanted templates are on user pages. May I have permission to edit  pages of inactive users and <code>&lt;nowiki&gt;&lt;/nowiki&gt;</code> their lists of templates that will probably not be created?
